These terms apply to purchases from SFS Super Flower Shop at www.sfsorder.ae. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy.

Products and availability

We sell fresh flowers, floral arrangements and the gifts described on the product pages. Flowers are natural products; appearance and bloom stage may vary. Availability is shown on the product page. If an ordered item cannot be fulfilled as described, we will contact you about the options before proceeding with a material substitution.

Prices and payment

Prices and delivery charges are in UAE Dirhams (AED). Applicable tax information is shown according to your order and delivery address. Delivery is charged separately: AED 35 for Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain and Ras Al Khaimah; AED 95 for Abu Dhabi and Fujairah. Review the final total before paying at checkout. Payment methods available for your order are the methods displayed at checkout.

Ordering and delivery details

Please provide an accurate recipient address, contact number, delivery date and gift message. Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days. A date or time slot entered in the cart is a request and is subject to confirmation. Contact us before paying if you need an urgent delivery or a specific arrival time. Changes, returns and refunds

Fresh flowers are perishable. We do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind once an order has been prepared or delivered. Contact us promptly about damaged, incorrect or undelivered orders. See our Return and Refund Policy for full details. Your rights under applicable law are unaffected.

Use the website lawfully and provide accurate information. If a product description, availability or price contains an error that affects your order, we will contact you to resolve it before proceeding. Changes to these terms will be published on this page; the version shown when you place your order applies to that order, subject to applicable law.
